Bob Kneeland grew up fly-fishing in the wilds of Maine as a child, taught by his aunt, a true New England Yankee and Down Easter. This passion for the outdoors, ignited in youth and fueled by the passing years has taken Bob on many journeys of discovery.

Bob has fished many of the great waterways of North America including Canada, Western America, Patagonia, and all over the East. He has also been a professional fly-fishing and fly-tying instructor for 10 years after putting aside his prior career as professional contractor and antiques dealer. Bob has recently been recognized by Orvis as one of their authorized guides which is a great honor considering the rigorous evaluation process and strict professional requirements of the Orvis company.
